I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Mar 2017
Interview
Every question you are asked from the people you shake hands with upon entrance of the room is part of your interview even if they tell you to relax and "be informal". You are questioned in between rotations and they're watching you and judging from every angle. Answer tactfully as every interaction is a chance for one of them to recommend you. If they're coming up to you to mingle, GREAT, if not, work the room and speak to as many, meaningfully, as you can. They tell you to wait a couple weeks for a response but they actually hire on the spot before you leave.

Question 1
Glassdoor is your friend for questions have an answer for all of what you find
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!

Question 1
Tell me of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
(Tip -remember your work ethic and history)
and why you want to become a Delta Flight Attendant.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
