Question 1
What was something about the video that surprised, excited, or concerned you?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in May 2023
Interview
We were asked on 3 occasions not to share this information with anyone. How can they ask that? We live in America where free speech is still protected. The interview process was humiliating. They asked us some standard questions, but then had us take our shoes off and try to reach the dimensions of a 767 airplane door. Why did we have to take our shoes off? We don't work shoeless on a regular flight? Then we had to create a drink cart with snacks. The people watching us said afterwards, "What did you think you contributed to this process?" They were very mean and put you on the spot. After this, we were told how our schedules would look and they criticized SkyWest Airlines during this speech. How professional is that? We were told snacks and drinks would be provided. The whole time we were there, we received 1 small, tiny bottle of water. Then, those of us who were not chosen had to line up and be escorted by company flight attendants out the door and onto a bus. They had strict orders to take the "rejects" straight to the airport and drop them off. How humiliating is that?
