I applied -5/29/19. I had already did my assessment from previous positions I applied to. I was emailed 06/10/19 for a face to face. I didn't do a virtual one, not sure why. I interviewed 06/11/2019. It was at most 15 of us. They took us to a room where they gave us the details of Delta, the job description, the pay. The presentation answered most of the questions you may have had. This presentation took about 30-45 minutes. Then there are introductions you say your name, are you from here, if hired your first flight , and why you want to work at Delta.. Then the interviewers introduce theirselves. Delta is very family orientated and everyone pretty much starts as a ready reserve. The interview questions was in STAR Method, only 6 questions. All scenario based. After your one on one interview , the offer you a COJ, then you fill out lots of paperwork, fingerprint. You must get your drug test and PAT (physical agility test) within 48 hours. For me, the PAT was hard but I'm only 19 and a female. You have to lift a box of 50 pounds and a suitcase. At hiring event, they schedule you for badging. The background check was extensive, they contact all your employers just to verify you worked there. I got my CJO 06/11/19 and just got an email 06/20 saying I would be hired and I passed my pre employment screenings. My badging date was 06/19/2019 Just waiting for a training date.
