Be prepared to be there for hours. Dress as if you want the position. They put you in a group environment and hire the people that are most eager and competitive for the position.
Easy process offered job same day as face to face. Online interview was also pretty smooth. Make sure you answer in star format as that is required they have actual employees in the current role doing the interviews

Prepare to put in good referrals as they will be really calling them.
