Interview
Systematic and good, detailed and they have a simulation test for candidates to have a good feel of how the job goes. The staffs are very positive and supportive to inform a lot of the benefits and work culture. The enviroment is condusive and engaging too.
It was interesting. They had you go thru a lecture/presentation and then head into the interview. If you passed then there is a physical afterwards. I didn’t get past the interview stage but I just felt less competitive than the other candidates.
It's sort of lengthy, they are looking for the SNAP interview points. Watch YouTube interviews if you aren't familiar. Talk about customer resolution and excellent customer service. Ask questions about the culture working for a large company.
