I applied online on 10/2 and on 10/22 I got an email asking me to complete a portion of the application I over looked. Then on 11/29 I received a call from a 00 number asking if I'm still interested in the position. The woman asked for my passport info and then asked me 4 questions about how I would handle it:
1. Intoxicated passenger wants another drink.
2. Toddler running down aisle, a passenger is upset about it and the parents don't care.
3. Baby is asleep on floor in front of parents who refuse to wake up. Seatbelt sign is on.
4. Passenger wants a meal that is not available.
Once I passed these series of questions she asked if I would like to continue or reschedule. I rescheduled since she actually suggested that. So the next day 11/30 a woman from 00 called me. The questions were:
1. Tell us a time you had an angry customer and how did you handle it?
2. Tell us a time when you had to sway the point of view of others.
3. Give 2 examples of someone being dishonest with you.
4. Tell us a time you had to work in a fast paced environment.
When I answered those she then asked me to hold so she could finish her notes and then she said someone should contact me and good luck with the process. I thanked her and wished her a good weekend. Now I am currently waiting to hear back. I hear you get a denial email or a call to continue the process. I want the call!

Question 1
Tell us a time when you had to sway the point of view of others.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
