HR team and a group of flight attendants will call you with a list and assign a number to you that matches to a sticker you can put on your luggage so they can have it storage while you are in the interview process. They walk you from one building to another one. Insist in relax, so much that they will sing a very cure version of New York, New York Opening the doors of the "Deltauditorium" for you to explain the process.
* Introduce yourself, where are you from, experience, and languages
* A group of 20+ people divided in 3: A-B & C. Give Documents to HR members in a clear folder they provide you with before with your name and your seat number.
* Group A to the 1:1: 6 Questions of possible situations and you have to brag and shine about it. They do not have your resume. Also make an announcement with the situation they provided you with, in my case was a birthday announcement without singing Happy Birthday.Make questions
* Group B will receive information about company benefits,Training, uniforms. Round of questions
* Group C will go have a company picture, Jump seat size test and reach out make believe emergency equipment, information and documents check up and returned to you.
Every group rotates and meat in between sessions. Go prepare for about 6Hrs of interview it goes by fast.
Whoever they call at the end to have some passport clarification is the people that get an offer. They say you are in stand by for about 8-10 days and will send you an email for "Yes" or "No"
If you go you must likely wont get an offer. I have a friend he insists his wife got hired in site and he got a call 2 weeks after, that happened 30yrs ago, not sure if that happens these days.
My interview was on January 31st. and got the "Thank you, but not thank you.." email on February 05th.
*IS BY FAR THE BEST INTERVIEW I HAD AND I STILL THINK IS A GREAT COMPANY*
** Will apply again in 6 months**
