I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
I applied back in October 2013 and got my first phone interview in February 2014.
They asked me 3 general questions about what I would do in different situations;
- rowdy kids, complacent parents
- kid sleep in aisle & parents don't want to wake him up
- drunk passenger, have to cut them off
- delayed flight, no food options passenger wanted
I received my 2nd phone interview that Saturday.
they asked me about things I have done and past experiences. MUST answer in STAR response.
That Tuesday I received a phone call requesting a face-2-face!!
My interview is this Tuesday.. Pretty excited!
Face-2-Face:
Format is exactly how the other reviews said.
Tips:
-Delta is a pretty conservative company. Dress appropriately.
nice suit, white shirt, hair pulled back. stud earrings,
NO mini skirts, heavy make-up, club attire, 4+ inch shoes
- Dress above your pay grade
-talk to as many people as you can
-ask questions!!! no just During Q&A but during the mingle time.
-Be yourself! I was nervous as hell and they could tell. But I owned it and turned it into a positive.
Good luck! :).

Please describe 2 instances where you discovered a coworker or peer was being dishonest. How did you handle it?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
