I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
I applied for the flight attendant position on 3/8/14. I got a call on 3/16/14 asked if I had a passport which I didn't so they said to call back when I get it. I went to get passport a few days after on 3/19 paid extra $60 to get it expedited. I received my passport on 4/4/14 soon as I got it out the mail I called back to let them know I received my passport. They told me someone would call me with than 48 hours and I got a call back the next hour. I was at work when they called so I couldn't really talk but I gave her my passport info and she asked my three question(the same as everyone else posted). After she asked me if I had time to answer a few more question but I didn't so she said I could call back. I called back around 8pm that night and was asked 3 more questions this is when I used STAR method. After the she asked me the three questions she said someone would call me if they needed more info, then she said hold on and asked me to go online and update my profile they need some more info. I completed everything the next day on 4/5/14 later on that night I got a email to do a video interview. The video interview had three question:
1st: Name & reference number that they give you in the email.
2nd: Why do you want to be a flight attendant for Delta?
3rd: Why would you be a good representative for Delta?
I thought I did well with the interview the answers just came to me so quick because this is something I've been wanting for so long. I completed the video interview on 4/7/14 it said you have three days to complete it. I got a TBNT email on 4/9/14. I'm not sure where I went wrong on the video interview I guess because I didn't use the STAR Method for it when I didn't see how I could when those questions.
I have applied with other airline and if they don't work out I will be applying again in 6months.

Question 1
None of the questions I got was difficult just make sure you use the STAR Method for everything.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
