This interview process was tough but I found that being prepared and reading through these comments and being myself made it a lot easier. The biggest takeaway would be for the in person group interview- put your phone away when you enter the lot, have real intentional conversations with multiple people/groups and don’t just work the room saying the same two questions to every person. There are a lot of staff involved and everyone is paying attention. Just be yourself and take deep breaths because it really will help you you be prepared for training and life on the line!
