I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Honolulu, HI) in Sep 2014
Interview
Completed the video interview online. I feel this process takes the human element of reading the other person. Makes it difficult to gauge the company you're interviewing for.
I applied online Sept 1, 2014 and received invite for video interview on Sept 17, 2014. Keeping my finger crossed. Hope I impressed them enough to be invited in Atlanta for the "cattle call".
Also, practice interviews were given 3 minutes to respond but actual interview was only 2 minutes.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
