Online application submission, in person half-day interviews at HQ. Interviewed with multiple directors for multiple departments. Case style questions based on purpose of office. Received call next morning with offer.

One over-the-phone interview. Roughly 30-40 minutes. Most questions regarded personal experiences & behavioral traits...
Very relaxed, personable interviewer. Spent 10-15 minutes discussing college, family, etc. before beginning "actual" interview.
Offer made ~10 days later. Hiring process itself took a fair amount of time. From time of offer extension to sign-off by HR, perhaps 2-3 weeks.
