I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was a long process that lasted a few months. It's worth the wait tho. I got the initial email requiring me to do an online video interview. You get 30 seconds to prepare and answer the video. Just be yourself. A few weeks later I got the phone interview. It was short and the lady I spoke to was very sweet. I got invited to go to Atlanta do a f2f interview. It was a very long day of smiling and answering questions. Be on time and dress in business formal. Youre being watched the moment you walk into the building. It was a great day that was divided into three different sections. Your 2-1 interview, destination delta, fireside chat. Know a lot about the company and make sure to be friendly and talk to as many people as possible. After the day was over out of 65 people 8 of us got called to stay behind to finish filling our papers with hr. But really we got the job and asked to sign different documents. Very fun day overall. Good luck to everyone.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
