The entire interview/hiring process was about 3.5 hours. The actual interview took about 20 minutes. Once you passed the interview, you went on to the next steps—accepting a conditional job offer, fingerprinting, scheduling for a badge, blood pressure check and health history paperwork before the physical ability test, drug screening (urine sample), then filling out more paperwork. The physical ability test was easy. You watched a physical therapist demonstrate the task and you repeated it(lift a crate off the floor and placing it back correctly. Adding weights each time until you reached the max amount that was required or until you couldn’t lift anymore).
