Went through a 15 min presentation that goes through the job description, wage, responsibilities, benefits, and STAR format answers. After that, we moved on to a 1-on-1 interview where you will answer 3-4 situational questions with the STAR format. If you got accepted, you will be ask to fill up forms right after and create an airport badge.

Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!
Interview will take about 4-5 hour. You will meet with delta team and after 1on1 in person interview. There will be 4 or 5 questions and you will have to answers in a STAR method.
