I've been applying for the Flight Attendant position at Delta for over 11 years. I am thankful to have always been invited to the F2F everytime with the exception of 1 time, however, never a CJO. My dream has always been to become a Delta Flight Attendant. I dont know what I'm doing wrong, what they are looking for or why I've never received a CJO. Meanwhile I've spent the the last 11 years as a Flight Attendant at other Airlines to gain experience and I'm grateful for the knowledge and experience I've gained. I simply wish those 11 years of service were exclusively at Delta. I always try to learn from each rejection in addition to remaining positive and thankful that I have a job to go home to until I get a Delta CJO because some candidates are less fortunate. Everyone tells me to give it up and there's no way they'd keep applying but I can't give up on my dream. I'll patiently wait for the next opportunity to apply again and continue to give it my all once again!
