I was given 3days from the date I received a virtual interview with delta . I completed my interview on the 3rd day . I dressed professionally as if I was in doing a face to face interview. I found the interviewquestions were based on a star method situation, Task, Action, and resolution. All behavioral questions

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
