I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied on delta.com on June 2, 2015. At that time I submitted my resume and took the 100 question (agree or disagree) personality test. On June 8, 2015 I received an e-mail asking me to complete the one-way video assessment within three days. Immediately after completing the video assessment I received an e-mail confirmation that it had been received. On June 23 I received an e-mail from Delta telling me that I'm one step closer and someone will be calling me between 9a-9p in the next 10 days. My call came the very next day, the call was about 15 or 20 minutes long and the representative invited me right then to an in-person interview in Atlanta, which has been scheduled for July 13, 2015. By June 25th I had already heard from Delta with my flight itinerary, ticket number and seat assignments. What a quick, fast, detailed and professional impression Delta has left me with, I hope they feel the same way about me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about a time you went about and beyond for a customer, what did you do, what was the result?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
