I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Makes tons of people fly in and spend money with transportation and hotel, to only qualify a few for an underpaid job, with very intense work load. The interview process is way more intense of what should be. When you get disqualified they will send you home, telling you the results will be sent over email in 7 to 10 business days. In reality the ones selected will be the last group. They should send everyone home instead of lying to people. There is no feedback in what caused you not to stay.

Question 1
What you would do if you have as conflict with a team member?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
