Interview
Hiring process took quite a while but it was pleasant. Unfortunately did not end up getting a CJO on the spot. Virtual assessment, then virtual interview, then F2F in Atlanta. Was looking forward to this one but didn’t seem to get the job. Everyone was very friendly for interview day and it didn’t feel like a competition which was nice. Overall if the position becomes available again I may try to go for it again. Do wish got some feedback afterwards but I understand that’s hard to do for every candidate

Relaxed, casual process. Asked a total of four questions. I interviewed with two people after discussion with current employees about roles and responsibilities. The discussion provides good insight about the position.

There was a phone screening, followed by an in person interview with 2 managers which included the majority of important questions to determine if you are management material, and then a 2nd in person interview which was more personal and just about getting to know me. The questions were reasonable and the interviewers very personable.
