Invited to the F2F and the process was unnecessarily long Long drawn out process and very disorganized they said their core values are honesty and integrity but they do not practice what they preach at all… the exercises were very unnecessary…. They ask you two questions in the private rooms… the employees are smiling but lying behind the mask! Very fake atmosphere! What I will say is in the end when they say “ okay now we are at the end and this is the fun part we will send you an email in 7-10 days regarding if you are hired” then if they call you in the list of Zone 1 or Zone 2 to go on the shuttle! YOU DID NOT GET THE JOB don’t let them lie to you! DON’T IGNORE THIS! if you are the last group in the room which is Zone 3 they get the CJO on the spot!The 7-10 days is the “ thanks but no thanks email… they will never send the CJO offer in a email they let you know that day! DONT BE FOOLED! I thought Delta was true and honest but they are liars! For those who are going to training the pay is $7.25 an hour for 6 weeks and the only open bases right now is Boston, Detroit or Minneapolis! No other base is open right now and you can’t change your base until 6 months in if you don’t go and move to that state

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
