Interview
I applied and immediately filled out the additional questionnaires. Within 3 days I received the invite for the video interview. I researched and had answers for all of the questions that could have been asked. I wondered if answering according to the STAR procedure whether you needed to restate the question. I asked around and everyone I asked felt it wasn't necessary. I practiced and thought I did well on the interview. I then went to another interviewing process for a flight attendant with a different airlines and witnessed the other candidates restating the question before answering. It has been 7 days since I did the Delta video interview and I have not gotten my TBNT email yet, but I did notice when I logged in to my account, my job application is now archived. Oh well!
I believe that it is necessary to restate the question and I will do so, next time around.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
