Its a joke, flight attendants will be clapping as you come in like you just won a grammy when in reality they just fooled you into wasting your time and money on their interview (Its just an interview not a CJO, calm down). You are broken off into groups and then you go into one on one interview or do the group scenario. They only ask 2 questions in the one on one which are listed below. Then you will role play with the flight attendant interviewing you about how their is no more overhead bin space and you have to check their carry on bag. In the group scenario you are put into smaller groups and you have to chose from a list of situations that is most important to least important. You mix and mingle and smile like your at a Miss America pageant until they do an overview on the position. They will say they are emailing you with the results of the CJO, but in reality if your name gets called you are bused off to the airport where you will sit all day since they will book you on the last flight out. Hope this helps, SECRETS OUT ◡̈

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
