I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2019
Interview
After submitting a resume and completing the online application, I was offered an opportunity to continue with the process and do and online interview. The online interview requires you to answer questions, record and submit your responses. The next step was the face to face in Atlanta. They fly you out to Atlanta the day of the interview (to make sure I was prepared and not wrinkled from the flight in, I rented a room at a nearby motel 6 to get dressed) and it’s a pretty long process (an entire day almost) that consists of a traditional interview with a recruiter and a another opportunity for the recruiters to see how you mingle in a large space with current flight attendants and recruiters alike…they want to see how you engage with everyone and really show your personality. That’s your opportunity to make yourself stand out. This is where I screwed up and instead treated it like a buffet line. (I wasn’t the only one) Instead of connecting with people in the room I stood in a line and waited to talk to people. The instructions clearly went over my head at the time and I wasn’t offered a position as a result of this, I believe as everything else went well. They did offer conditional offers to some people on the spot.

Other Flight Attendant Interview Reviews for Delta Air Lines
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
