I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process is pretty straight forward, thanks to these types of forums. Honestly, I failed my very first interview with Delta mainly because I wasn't prepared: During the video interview process, my hair was all down (mistake- it should have been all pulled back to fit the role of the position), I stumbled on ALL of the questions (I even frozen in the middle of answering one of them and went completely blank! I ended with a "Umm... so yeah!"), and I probably was not looking at the actual camera (because I did not practice where to look. I was looking at myself the whole time!). But despite all of that, I tried again after 6 months with a little more insight and preparations. Fingers crossed that I make it! Good luck to everyone!
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
