Applied online March 1,2016 ,got hirevue virtual video interview March 5,2016, received a invite for face interview thru email March 19th 2016 . I confirmed I can make it for interview Monday,they replied to confirm my interview for Monday at 1pm.
I arrived early ,interview was at 1pm got airport 11:40am. There was a group of about 25 people going for same position . You see a video of Delta when it began and about position you applied for . Was separated into two groups ,Group A and Group B . I was in Group B and then got called for face to face interview . Questions in interview is a behavioral interview, they ask you about situations .
Be sure to answer in the Star order they ask 6 questions is mostly questions they asked in virtual interview. Be comfortable don't be nervous or ramble away from question .
The whole process is about 3 hours ft complete interview process . End of the day 7 of us got called from the bunch and we went into another room . Where the Delta hiring team came in and said we would like to congratulate you to Delta and offer you a conditional offer to the position! .
It was a smooth process Delta is very organized and they pin point exactly what they looking for .
Make sure you go Dress to impress with business suit ,nails done hair pin back ,or nicely done. Natural makeup . They look at everything from shoes up!
