I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Bengaluru)
Interview
I got a call for the interview and I had one normal assessment round and then one technical round which I cleared and then they called at the Bengaluru office for interview , it went well and they gave positive feedback also after that. After that they ghosted me. I called back after waiting for 2 weeks , HR immediately disconnected the call and then sent the rejection email at the same time. Maybe you git anyone else at lower budget but you should inform the candidate about the final status because they might be waiting for that.

I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
I submitted an application on March 11. I heard nothing back from them until late on April 25 when I received an assignment due that Friday. I was already preparing to attend a conference that week and had no time to attempt the assignment; ghosting an applicant for over a month only to give them an assignment with such a short turnaround is both incredibly arrogant and unprofessional.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Initial recruiter phone screen, another technical screen and was brought in for 1 on 1 interviews. Situational and technical questions were asked by both technical engineers and management. Interviewers were friendly. Took about half a day.
