I was comfortable being interviewed by the company. I recommend the interview setup because it allows the applicant to express his/ her feelings toward the position. This is something I could apply for myself in the future.

Interview
Very relaxed and normal interview. They ask more work-related questions. Some of the questions are related to your personality, but not so much. Just wear something more business and casual and stay relaxed. Once you get an interview, you're most likely one foot away from getting the job.
