Dematic Human Resources interview questions

At the end of the interview with the recruiter I was told that I would hear back from her within a week with a decision on whether I would move forward or not. Then radio silence for two months. I even reached out to the hiring manager via LinkedIn and I got the generic "she will follow up with next steps" response. Finally after two months got the automated email from being closed out in the system. Would be nice to have the recruiter be honest and honor her word.
