Typical phone screening followed by in person back to backs. Met with 4 people. Ultimately we weren't a good fit for each other, but what was a real red flag for me was that there were 5 Vice Presidents and 2 of the ones I met with were bad mouthing the person whose job I was interviewing for. Claiming that the job wasn't that hard and they didn't understand why he couldn't come through. I practically ran out the door.
