I had two separate interviews over the course of a week with a panel of four managers, and both lasted about 2 hours. The questions posed were reasonable yet quite tough, as to be expected for a management role. Everyone was very polite and appreciative of my time. It took over a week for DII to make a job offer, as they had another candidate that was stringing them along.
