From the start to being told the end, the recruiter had been tremendously helpful every step of the way: From reaching out (vetting process), scheduling next steps, warm up before each interview, follow up after the interview... etc. She also called me to tell me that I didn't get the role instead of just an email. It feels great and (less "transactional", for lack of better words) to have that personal connect throughout the process.
