The situation entailed a complete and unequivocal rejection, leaving no avenue for the opportunity to inquire about the rationale behind the decision. Regrettably, there was no email correspondence furnished to elucidate the grounds for this rejection, and any attempts to gain insight by means of a phone call were met with silence as no one responded on the other end.

The application process was divided into three parts: assessment test, phone interview, video interview. Compared to other internships this is a very long process. The interviews themselves were ok, but the questions and the structure of the interview are very traditional and maybe a bit outdated
