On Power Day, the first two technical interview rounds went fairly smoothly. Each round had two interviewers, and the coding questions were all at LeetCode easy difficulty level. Besides algorithm problems, they also asked a lot of Java-related questions, which were also of moderate difficulty.
Only after passing the first two rounds on the day could I proceed to the final round. It was said to be a behavioral interview, yet it was still conducted by the same two technical interviewers from before. It was nothing like a traditional behavioral interview. Instead, they asked many practical technical questions based on real project work, such as how to test APIs. I had not prepared at all for this part, so I could only answer based on impromptu thoughts. Unfortunately, I ultimately failed the interview.
