it is a 25 minutes telephone interview, it includes competency and technical questions. first question is about walking through you cv. The best approach is to come to the conversation prepared to answer any and all questions the hiring manager might ask. Review these questions and answers, and you’ll have a head start.
Online Assessment straight to AC, which was very odd. Technical was not too difficult, case study was vague and unhelpful. Personal was fine, no interesting questions asked. Seemed relatively easy for an IB graduate job. Little information and engagement beforehand.

The overall process very transparent and fast - from uploading the first documents on the career portal to the final decision it was ca 5 weeks, there was 1 week between the day I finished the online test and the phone call. The interview day was well structured and they called me the next morning with an offer - also way faster than I anticipated.
