Begrüßung - mit Angebot eines Getränks, Gespräch fand in einem Besprechungsraum statt, der an das Open Plan Büro grenzte. Es waren zwei Personen anwesend. Der Fachbereichsmitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, gab eine Beschreibung des Aufgabengebietes und der Projekte.
