2 hour interview with Managing Directors from New York. It was very intense. If you've read any of Micheal Lewis' books, then you'll know what I mean. I was asked questiosn ranging from my views of the market to what my thoughts were of compliance and Wall Street.

Interview
Interviewed HR then with senior analyst. Then, I was assigned a small cap stock to pitch asked to build a model. Don't remember how long, probably 2-3 days. Told PPT was optional. Model was good, pitch was okay. I was ignored for a week. Then reached out and was told they had already moved on to other candidates. Never followed up with me. Process took about a month. Countless hours wasted.

Interview
It was a bit of a play it by the ear kind of an interview process. Did not seem to be very formal or formatted. It was more of conversation than interviews which was amazing. Did not speak to HR till after I was done with getting selected for the role.

The Interview was smooth.
Hiring manager first asked a lot about previous experiences based on CV. There were director also in the last interview. Be prepared to be asked technical questions and pitch stock to them.
