I had 2 interviews: first one was with HR, the second one with COO. During the first interview there were questions related to my background and motivation to work with DB. The favorite question of HR about my weaknesses and strengths was asked. Overall the conversation was quite friendly. 2nd interview was more business related. The COO explained the scope of job and potential challenges. Some questions related to background as well. Again, it was very friendly.
