      Interview

The interview was relaxed, 30 min, and with two people. They asked about my academic career, goals, and interest. They did not ask any difficult questions. The questions were all about me and what I had done. They told me they would get back to me in a week which turned into three weeks. Interview

Had an interview for the train to hire program it overall was very straightforward. The questions were all behavioral so it was hard to prepare for in that sense. A lot of when this happened tell us a story on how you dealt with it and they want to see how you explain your traits.
