It was a smooth 30 minute process. It consisted of an aptitude test followed by an interview. The aptitude test had all quants based questions. Prepare for guestimates just in case.

It was mostly HR after which we were all trained under an agency about the basics of trading cross country. we were constantly being evaluated under this course and finally after the completion of the course we had one interview to check the knowledge that we have gained and then another one was a hr round.
