One online assessment, one round interview with associate/VP, two rounds back to back with MD/D for superday. Standard IB SA questions, nothing surprising technical wise. MD grilled on why IB for a while
Straight technical questions from the start after tell me about yourself. Technicals focused on EBITDA multiples, DCF assumptions, and multi-step accounting. Focus on learning the concepts versus memorizing questions. Use Wall Street Prep videos or other detailed interview guides.
