3 interviews conducted. 1st 2 with Local managers and 3rd with Onshore partner. Local manager interviews were very casual and related to how you would tackle a difficult situation and how you keep yourself motivated to achieve great results. Onshore partner interview involved a lot of technical questions related to the Job process

The interview process was moderate, there are 4 interviews.
Firstly with the tech recruiter, next is the tech interview, then team interview, tech lead interview and HR conpensation interview.
Overall very lenghty but not hard if you know what you're doing.
