No technicals for telephone interview all behavorials. Clear and concise questions. Good for early exposure as a first year student. After this is the offer which can take up to a couple of weeks if youre unlucky
Basic fit questions, no quantitatives at all, no financial questions just tell me abt a time when you persevered etc. felt easy but then got rejected as i didnt understand one question fully apparently idek

Tell me about a time when you faced a difficult situation, what did you do to get out of it.
Lengthy online assessment with different sections: Cognitive and Behavioural. No Coding Questions, only logical reasoning and pattern recognition as well as behavioural, e.g how you would respond to certain situations.

Telephone interview - pretty standard questions. Around 15 minutes, just trying to better understand my motivations and why I'd be a good fit for the company. Before this was the standard CV screening, OA and HV.
