This interview was very laid back and calm. I felt like i was given a fair chance. They asked me questions about myself and my job history and about what in life do I think will help me perform this job.

Why I was interested in working at Devereux. What makes me feel like this job is right for me.

Interview
It was a joke. I hung up knowing this was not a company I would want to work for. It was supposed to be a FaceTime interview but the kid claimed he couldn’t get his wifi to work. I could hear he was outside as I could hear a bunch of kids playing. He didn’t even have my resume on him. He didn’t take the time to ask about my strengths or get to know anything about me. Phone call was 6 mins long. He straight away just wanted to know if I was comfortable restraining kids. Also asked what I would say to a kid if they asked me a personal question. It’s sad that a company in such a need of people aren’t taking the time to get to know their applicants. I’m getting my BS in psychology and have a lot of experience with mental disorders but they didn’t seem to care.
