Screening call, meet and greet with team, background check.
Interview process very clear, well-communicated, fast.
Was offered the role via email, followed by a month of back and forth over salary negotiation, and was told my contract was being drawn up. Unexpectedly, I received a generic rejection email with no explanation as to what had happened. The team I was supposed to work with didn't know HR had put me through this process. Had moved around my whole life ready to start this role, and was told they would put my case in "lessons learned".

Generic behavioral qs, specific questions on technical expertise in meet and greet
I had two interviews with Dexis and one of its clients, both of which I thought had gone well. I followed up after several weeks had gone by, but they didn't have an answer for me. Eventually, I never heard from them. I found that very disappointing because of all of the good things I'd heard about Dexis. I didn't expect it to be just like other companies that ghost candidates after interviewing them.
