I had my worst experience during my Job hunt journey with Diamanti. During my 1st discussion with the project manager, I had set my salary expectations and the manager confirmed that salary is not constraint and proceeded ahead with my candidature. I gave 3 rounds of interviews at odd timings(as the interviwee's were located in the US). After 3 rounds of interviews, the initial manager called me to discuss the package and told that they need to check if they can offer that much and then rejected my because of budget constraints even though it was discussed in the very first discussion itself.
