I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dickson in Dec 2016
Interview
I’ll admit I didn’t do well here being it was my first interview out of college... but what made matters worse was the Sales Manager on the other end discussed how she “didn’t know what [recruiter x] saw in me” and proceeded to mock my answers.
Reason I know this is because she did not hang up the phone after the interview ended. While I’d appreciate any and all feedback/criticism, do so in my presence with nothing to hide. I’m glad the opportunity did not work out because this just speaks to the level of unprofessionalism at Dickson.
