The hiring and interviewing process was easy, but thorough. They did a great job of answering all of my questions and also allowing me to meet privately with differently individuals in the company to find out what their job was like. I did not feel rushed and it was clear they wanted to get a good sense of both my personality and if I would be a good fit for the company. They look for professionalism, motivation, and a likable personality among other obvious qualities desired for a sales professional.
