I applied online. I interviewed at Dierbergs Markets
Interview
It was an open interview style--they have a session about once a month. The interviewer asked fairly basic, easy questions. Mostly personality questions, as it's for a customer service job. It lasted about 15-30 minutes. I definitely overprepared.

Question 1
Name a time you had to cooperate with people you didn't want to cooperate with?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dierbergs Markets (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2023
Interview
Initial phone call followed by an in-person interview at a store location. The phone interview was used to confirm scheduling whereas the in-person interview consisted of more personal and professional questions.

Question 1
What is an example of a time where you handled conflict!
I submitted an application and was contacted the next day to set-up the interview. I met with two corporate recruiters (one in training) at a store location (not the actual store I applied to). Both interviewers were very polite and friendly, and the atmosphere was fairly relaxed.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dierbergs Markets (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2022
Interview
Interview started via text, where I stayed my availability was invited in for a in-person interview the next day. Less than 24 hours later the business “doesn’t have a position to meet my needs.” As a professional I feel like my time was wasted and I wouldn’t refer now one to work here!
