I attended a virtual hiring event with several recruiters. You selected the recruiter who represented the area you most wanted to work in and then you connected in a chat room. We texted for about twenty minutes and then had a face-to-face interview virtually. Afterwards, a different HR person texted to set up a phone interview. The interviews were very casual and easy-going, about twenty minutes expanding on my resume and then answering a few situational questions about "a time you had to reach a goal"
